We provide a variety of individualized options based on your dental goals, the health of your existing teeth, and the structure of your gums and jaw.
Immediate Dentures
Placed right after extractions are completed. They protect your gums while healing and ensure you never have to go months without teeth. (Also known as same-day or transitional dentures).
Complete Dentures
Also known as full dentures, this is the final, refined solution for patients who have lost all of their teeth or have fully healed after having all of their teeth removed.
Partial Dentures
An option for patients missing only a few teeth. Secured into place by your natural, healthy teeth to restore support, distribute chewing forces, and restore your aesthetics.
Implant-Supported Dentures
A modern denture supported by dental implants. They feature specialized attachments that snap onto the implants, offering vastly improved stability, retention, and fit.
Your Journey to a New Smile
Because every mouth is unique, we follow a meticulous process to measure, design, and custom-fit your new prosthetic.
Exam & Impressions
We evaluate your bite, gums, and existing space. Then, we take preliminary and final impressions to create duplicate records for custom trays and exact measurements.
Try-In Appointments
We try in preliminary wax models to check bite, height, width, and facial support. We then do a "teeth try-in" to verify the shade, position, and overall aesthetics before finalization.
Delivery
This is the day you receive your new dentures! We carefully verify your bite and ensure any high-pressure spots are relieved for maximum comfort.
Follow-Ups & Maintenance
We bring you back to make any necessary adjustments as you get used to them. We strongly recommend yearly recall visits to examine oral tissues, check your prosthetic, and perform an oral cancer screening.
Adjustment & Daily Care
Transitioning to dentures takes time and patience, but establishing a good routine will protect both your health and your prosthetic.
The Adjustment Period
Expect a 4-6 week adjustment period. Minor discomfort is normal. Wear your dentures during the day to adapt faster, but always take them out at night to prevent infections.
Eating & Speaking
Learning to eat and speak takes practice. Start with softer foods and slowly incorporate your normal diet over time. Speech will naturally improve as your muscles adapt.
Daily Brushing
Use a denture brush and a mild soap or non-abrasive toothpaste (like Sensodyne). Tip: Fill the sink with a few inches of water while cleaning in case you drop them!
Overnight Soaking
Soak your dentures overnight in water with a commercial cleaner to reduce odors, kill bacteria, and prevent them from drying out. (Skip the cleaner if you have a soft liner).
