New Patients – Lanham Family Dentistry

New Patients

On behalf of the entire team at Lanham Family Dentistry, I extend a warm welcome to you. We are very pleased that you are interested in Lanham Family Dentistry and we hope that you give us the opportunity to show you what a true difference our practice has to offer. It is our visions to provide each patient with the best possible dental care in a relaxed and caring environment.

We are happy to accommodate your dental needs in any way we can. Let us know what you need to be done at your first appointment. For instance, your first visit could be:

  • For a cleaning and dental exam
  • Comprehensive exams
  • Emergency visits
  • With a dentist in order to address a specific dental problem
  • Or just for a second opinion

Generally, though your first visit will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth bite relationship, facial muscles, jaw joint, and an oral cancer screening. We will make sure to obtain important background information about your medical history and a list of all prescription and non-prescription medications while also leaving ample time for you to get to know your doctor.

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. If you have not done so already, please visit the contact area of our website to find direction, contact form, and our hours of operation.

Our entire team is looking forward to meeting you. Thank you for your confidence!

Again, welcome!

Dr. James Lanham D.D.S. and the Lanham Family Dentistry team
